New UI Features in 2026 version

Following is a list of new UI features available on the new 2026 version of NEOSYS:

Search-as-you-type in fields

This feature is available on all fields that have the find (🔍) icon.

You can type anything you know about the item you are looking for, so long as it has been entered into the system.

Search results appear without pressing enter or tab.

Filtering on popups

You can filter the listed options on popup by just typing anything, allowing for further filtering/selection.

Esc or Backspace button will clear the typed filter to show the original list.

Dark mode

There are three modes to choose from: "Light mode", "Dark mode" and "Follow browser" aka auto mode. In auto mode, NEOSYS will be in dark mode if your browser is set to dark mode, and vice versa.

Media Module Users

Ad date colours in dark mode have been adjusted slightly, except for black (i.e invoiced), which is now white!

You can still hang your mouse over them to see the named status of the ad spot/date.

Buttons automatically relocate for convenience

Depending on your font size, buttons like 'List' or 'Create Invoice' may be relocated to the menu bar for quick access. This is useful for users who prefer larger fonts/high zoom in, where they would have to scroll to the bottom to reach those buttons.

MEDIA: Vehicle line sticky headers

The media vehicle line column headers now stick to the top of the screen, useful for large schedules that require scrolling.

Popups are now movable and resizable

Popups can now be moved and resized.

This allows users to move the warning/error popups to better show the options used on a screen, before taking a screenshot and reporting to Support Team. You can move the popup by clicking and dragging the image area of the popup (left side).

Screen and reports colour selector

The screen and reports colour selector in the user details page (Menu -> Help -> User Details) is now improved.
