Internet Explorer 8 & 9

  1. Save all your work and close Internet Explorer
  2. Open Internet Explorer
  3. Click the Tools button and then click Internet options.
  4. Click the General tab, and then, under Browsing history, click Delete.
  5. In the Delete Browsing History dialogue box, select Temporary Internet files, click Delete, and then click OK.
  6. Restart Internet Explorer
