In order for the report to be generated atleast a date range or a schedule number has to be specified.

Date

The period for which the report is required can be conveniently specified in the dates column where the respective From and To dates can be selected from the date grid.

Time

In televison ads the appearance timings of the ad can be entered in the media.

This allows you to generate a list of ads ranging a particular period of time.

Schedule No.

Allows you to filter a report for a schedule number with the option of choosing multiple schedules.

Company

Allows you to filter the report for a Company with the option of choosing multiple Companies. This option is helpful in the event of multiple companies, not choosing a Company would generate a report of all documents created on all the Companies.

Client Group

A Client Group is technically a client under which the sub clients are placed. A client can be added to a client Group in the Client and Brand File in the Files menu. Selecting a client group on this field would generate a report for all the clients under the specified client group.

Client

Allows you to filter a report for a client with the option of choosing multiple clients.

Brand

Allows you to filter a report for a Brand with the option of choosing multiple brands.

Type

Allows you to filter a report for a particular medium of advertising with the option of choosing multiple mediums or types.

Market

Allows you to filter a report for a market with the option of choosing multiple markets.

Supplier Group

Similar to the Client group, a supplier Group is also a parent supplier of a group of suppliers. A supplier can be added to the Supplier Group in the Supplier File in the Files menu. Selecting a supplier group on this field would generate a report for all the suppliers under the specified supplier group.

Supplier

Allows you to filter a report for a supplier with the option of choosing multiple suppliers.

Vehicle

Allows you to filter a report for a vehicle with the option of choosing multiple vehicles.
