This schedule type allows the management to view the difference in the suppliers ratecard rates and the rates negotiated by the agency with the supplier. By showing the difference in the rates you can also point to the client the advantage of booking through the agency.

Shows the suppliers ratecard rates.

• Bill

Shows the cost to the client.

• Cost

Shows the cost to the agency. These are the rates the agency has negotiated with the supplier which can be equal to or lesser than the ratecard rates.
