The Media Menu
Plans provide a way to speculate and agree on long or short term campaigns. A media plan can be used for designing an ad campaign that last for periods of up to 12 months. NEOSYS allows you to make plans in various formats depending on needs. Plans may or may not specify the precise dates but are always for a certain number of ads and show the planned total cost.
The Media Scheduling system is the heart of NEOSYS. Confirmed plans become Schedule and contains all the important information regarding the advertisements to be booked like client information, vehicle data, cost to client and cost to the agency, dates, booking orders etc. and almost all the tasks like creating booking orders and creating client invoices can be executed from the schedule. The schedule contains all the precise information.
Booking is a process where ads are booked with the vehicle supplier. Booking orders can be viewed directly from here various reports pertaining to the booking orders can be pulled as per agency requirement.
Certification is a process where the ads that have appeared are certified as appeared. The certification file can be accessed directly from the Media menu.
This is where we can update the system with the supplier invoice number. This tab also allows us to the view the list of ads pending supplier invoices and supplier invoiced ads.
This option allows us to generate new invoices from existing schedules or reprint old invoices.
The ‘files’ menu is a consolidation of all the database files. Some of these files can be accessed from within the schedule directly whereas some can be accessed only from the ‘Files’ menu.
This is where the name of the company is mentioned which contains information such as the company code and financial closing year.
