To reset the password:
- Go to the NEOSYS login webpage.
- Enter your username, select the database and click on 'Reset Password'
- Enter your email address assigned to your NEOSYS account and click Ok.
- A message will pop up to confirm that the password has been reset and the new password has been sent to you via email.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject “NEOSYS PASSWORD RESET”. If you do not receive the email immediately, then wait 10 minutes before trying again. Check your junk/spam folders as well.
