If you want to remove the names of inactive executives from the list of executives, click on the edit button next to the Executive field. Then add a reason for being inactive next to the executive name and save the file. All the executives saved with a reason in Stopped field will not appear in the list of Executives. You can reactivate an executive if you remove the Stopped reason from the file for that executive.
