For instance you may want a full page ad but there would be extra charges depending on where the ad would be placed within a newspaper or a magazine, the first half of a magazine would be more expensive than the second half, these extra charges are called loading charges. They are usually a particular percentage of the cost of the ad which can be viewed on the rate card.

	The Specification and Loading fields are directly linked to the rate cards. Assuming the rate cards have been entered in NEOSYS, the cost of the ad and the loading charges are automatically calculated by the system based on the size of the ad which is then entered in the bill and cost section.
